Julia Jaye Posin is an award-winning sustainability professional and social impact producer. Recognized by the U.S. House of Representatives for her leadership in public service, she co-founded a publisher brand, served as Neighborhood Council Member and Environmental Chair, and was Campaign Manager for a progressive U.S. Senate candidate. She most recently co-led Artists for Amazonia, which harnessed the power of entertainment leaders to advocate for the permanent protection of the Amazon Rainforest.

Derek Marshall is a forward-thinking organizer, advocate, and community builder dedicated to empowering working people and expanding democracy. With a background in grassroots activism, he has fought for healthcare access, economic justice, and local power in communities often overlooked by the political establishment. Derek has worked on the ground to support forward-thinking candidates, mobilize voters, and push back against corporate influence in politics. Whether through organizing, advocacy, or direct action, his focus remains on creating a future where people—not special interests—drive the decisions that shape their lives.
